As we enter our 40th year in Japan, I am pleased to announce that we have joined forces with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Japan’s leading financial group, to create Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities Co., Ltd. This company, housing Morgan Stanley’s sales and trading, capital markets and research businesses in Japan, underscores our deepening commitment to our clients in Japan and across the world.
